What is it ?
Free-diving, with AQUANATURE, is practiced in group and with an instructor to insure maximum safety. It is a vertical exploration of the marine environment using the breath-hold technique. Free-diving for sightseeing and environment exploration happens commonly between 0 and 25 meters, but free-diving for the thrill of depths can lead down to 50 or 60 meters (using either the “constant weigh” or “variable weight” technique which implies the use of a special weighted sled on a cable for descent). Free-diving for kids
School holidays courses 4 levels of training are offered: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Turtle on a full-day or half-day basis for one week. Year-round courses Wednesday and Saturday from 01:00 pm to 04:30 pm.
Free-diving for adults
Two options for offshore free-diving: Half-day training on Saturday mornings, from 07:45 am to 12:00 pm Full day course at the Amédée Lighthouse Island, from 08:45 am to 04:00 pm
