Our school holiday courses are designed so the children have fun learning free-diving while discovering the local environment. Our curriculum helps the child progress on a 4-level ladder and rewards his efforts.
This course is adapted to the little ones and takes place directly on the town beach of Baie des Citrons (the last day on Ilot Canard) It aims to teach playfully free-diving basics: use of equipment, immersion technique, Vasalva maneuver (ear drums protection). This course also stresses the importance of understanding and using security rules. A snorkeling tour puts into practice all the aspects of the lesson and is a great opportunity to discover the environment.
Silver Turtle (9 to 11 year old)
For the children at ease with fundamentals, this course offers deeper exploration and initiation to new forms of free-diving such as the Variable weight technique. Leaving the beach of Baie des Citrons in a dinghy the children practice on deeper grounds. A snorkeling tour completes the programme at the end of each day, and the last one happens on Ilot Canard.
Gold Turtle (10 to 12 year old)
Experienced children are welcome to board on AQUANATURE and get a chance to improve their skill on deeper grounds.
Three free-diving sessions are scheduled:

This course takes place on islands in the Noumea neighborhood (Amédée Lighthouse, Larégnère, Signal). Breaks between sessions in the water enable to rest on land and enjoy a picnic.
