This course is adapted to all levels, between 0 and 27 meters. It combines mini-training and theory class with Bernard Andreani ; two 1h15 sessions in the water and a break on the Amédée Lighthouse Island.
The course requires at least four participants. Meeting in Port-Moselle, Pontoon K1, at 07:45 am. Back around 04:00 pm.

Programme of the day

 1. Presentation on breathing and free-diving techniques.
 2. Freedive and constant weight diving techniques practice.
 3. Picnic break and relaxation on Amédée Lighthouse Island.
 4. Briefing (while on land)
 5. Variable weight and No limit diving techniques practice.
 6. Return to Noumea; back in Port-Moselle around 04:00 pm.

Fee: 9,000 XPF/per person (equipment not included). Medical certificate required (after the first course).
